What are the differences between regular and our Shio-sansho?
* The product you received will be the latest crop growing in last season.
   Perfectionism makes Japanese growers compromise nothing. All need to be perfect.

* Aged process - soaked in salty water for 1 year
  This makes it has a rich taste. An intense flavor is a perfect match for Unagi (fresh water eel), Wagyu / Kobe beef, any steak, chicken, pork, lamb chop and Kaiseki.
  It can be also used on pizza, pasta, Udon noodle, soba and seafood.


* Limited supply
  This product is created by professionals and never sold in retail stores because of limited quantity.

 

This is our best seasoning creation for Japanese cuisine.

Sansho is made of a bunch of berries from a shrub known as zanthoxylum piperitum.
This spice also matches very well to flavor miso soup, various noodles in broth or dipped in tsuyu (dipping sauce), tsukemono (pickles), teriyaki, fried chicken and more.
